Neha Aghera

Neha Aghera,
PT Cambridge Physiotherapy

Neha enjoys reading mystery novels and stories, and the human body’s mysteries continue to intrigue her. A career in Physical therapy was a no-brainer. 

She graduated as a gold medallist from Saurashtra University with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy. She has a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy as well. She has had the opportunity to work in a Multispecialty hospital alongside orthopedic and Neurosurgeons. Additionally, she has completed a degree in healthcare administration from Conestoga College, Kitchener. She is passionate about learning and reading and continually adds to her knowledge.

As a Registered Physiotherapist, she strives to provide an intensive total body approach to fitness, rehabilitation and wellness by having her clients take control of their health. Neha’s treatment style includes a combination of education, manual therapy and a personalized exercise program. She is kind, compassionate, and motivated to make a positive difference in people’s lives through physiotherapy. Neha is a motor vehicle accident and WSIB client expert and provides patients with exceptional support to choose the right compression socks for their conditions. 

She loves reading, travelling, spending time with her friends and exploring new places in her spare time.

Neha Patel, a dedicated registered physiotherapist, earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy where she developed a strong foundation in assessing and treating a wide range of conditions.

Building upon her foundation, she pursued a post-graduate fitness and health promotion degree from Durham College in Oshawa. With expertise in musculoskeletal injuries and proficiency in mobilization, soft tissue release, and Kinesio tapping, Neha enjoys treating pre-post operative clients and sports injuries. She is committed to empowering individuals to lead active and fulfilling lives. 

Passionate about community well-being, she strives to enhance the health and mobility of those she serves. With a genuine passion for improving lives, Neha approaches each patient with kindness and empathy, striving to create personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs. 

Monika Dudhat

Monika Dudhat,
Registered Physiotherapist

Monika graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and has over four years of experience in orthopedic clinical settings. Her expertise lies in treating shoulder and lower back conditions, supported by a deep understanding of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, sports injuries, and rehabilitation techniques. During her career, she has earned numerous certifications, enabling her to provide high-quality care and implement individualized treatment plans.

She relies on thorough assessments and patient-specific goals, approaching each interaction with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to holistic wellness. Dedicated to continuous learning, she has expanded her skills in areas such as pelvic floor rehabilitation, manual therapy, and Pilates.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking, trail walking, spending time with family, and reading books.

Meenu Meenu,
Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

Meenu graduated from The National Institute with a Massage Therapy degree in Canada.  

Her goal is to provide clients with the best care possible using various massage techniques, including Swedish relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, stretching, joint mobilization, and myofascial & trigger point removal techniques.

Meenu is also certified in Perinatal Massage Therapy and provides relaxation massage to clients during pregnancy. 

She loves travelling, cooking, watching movies and playing badminton in her free time.

Kirandeep Kaur

Kirandeep Kaur,
Office Administrator and Physiotherapy Assistant

As a Physiotherapy Assistant and Administrator at The Cambridge Physiotherapy Clinic, Kirandeep excels in orchestrating patient care with precision and empathy. An internationally educated physiotherapist with further specialization in Health and Promotion from Conestoga College, Ontario, she brings a rich amalgamation of knowledge and skill to her role.

A diligent researcher of spinal tuberculosis, she is deeply committed to advancing patient outcomes. At the clinic, she serves as the welcoming front face, greeting every visitor with a smile, expertly managing billing, and ensuring seamless clinical operations. Outside of work, she finds rejuvenation through yoga, gym workouts, and reading, embodying a holistic approach to wellness and care.

Rukshana Solanki

Certified in Acupunctre and Concussion therapy

Certified in Acupuncture and Concussion Therapy, Rukshana Solanki has always had a special interest in anatomy and how the body works. So, a career in physiotherapy was a logical choice for her.

She is dedicated to helping her patients get back to the sports and regular physical activities that they enjoy. She finds joy in being active and helping her patients.

She graduated in 2009 with her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree. She also received a diploma in fitness and health promotion from Humber College, Toronto.

She is planning to work on certification in manual therapy and hand therapy.

After graduation, she gained experience in her field working for two years in hospital and private clinic settings. She gained further experience working in private practice as well as a community centre in Canada.

She achieved her certification in concussion and vestibular rehabilitation, acupuncture, compression socks, and custom foot orthotics.

She specializes in taking a hands-on approach to help patients achieve optimal recovery. She is a concussion specialist and is experienced in treating motor vehicle accident clients, sports injuries, and pre and post-operative clients.

She believes in active therapy and encourages her clients’ involvement to reach their health goals.

When she is not working, she enjoys yoga, meditation, hiking, biking and being with nature.

Ravi Pandya

Ravi Pandya,

Certified in Acupucture, Concussion and Vestibular therapy

Certified in acupuncture, concussion, and vestibular therapy, Ravi Pandya has started helping his clients achieve their physical best as a fitness trainer. An urge to do even more for them guided him into professional health care as a licensed physiotherapist.

He achieved his Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree followed by achieving his diploma in fitness and health promotion from Humber College in Toronto. Further training came from the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP) and an IEHP Course with the University of Toronto.

Dedicated to continual learning, Ravi also acquired Maitland Mobilization, Advanced Vestibular Rehabilitation, Concussion Shift, Acupuncture, Tapping, and Customized Orthotics certifications.

He is currently working on his certification for Advanced Manual Therapy.

A member in good standing of the Ontario College of Physiotherapy, Ravi gained experience in his profession in orthopedic hospitals in India and in both private and public clinic settings in Ontario.

His specialties include manual therapy, exercise programs, acupuncture, vestibular rehabilitation (BPPV), concussion management, balance training, tapping, work-related injuries, repetitive strain injuries, sports injuries, mobilization, patient education and ergonomic advice, and chronic pain.

His philosophy of care is to encourage his patients to be active partners in their own recovery. They are given prescribed exercises to do between visits to the clinic to assist in their recovery.

When he is not working, he enjoys biking, soccer, and cricket.

Vidhi Rao

Vidhi Rao,
Billing Administrator

Vidhi holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and a Master of Physiotherapy with a specialization in Cardio-Pulmonary Disorders. She has further enhanced her expertise with a certification in Aerobic Fitness Training in 2022.

As the Billing Administrator at The Cambridge Physiotherapy Clinic, Vidhi oversees all billing processes, manages insurance claims, and ensures accurate documentation for reimbursements. Her advanced physiotherapy education equips her with a unique understanding of clinical procedures, allowing her to seamlessly bridge the gap between patient care and administrative operations.

Outside of work, Vidhi enjoys traveling and dancing, embracing activities that inspire creativity and balance.
